Molto Bene - Reservar una mesa

the restaurant has a warm ambiente and looked very welcoming. the appetizers were good seafood salad, baked muscheln and caesar salat. but the escaped were terrible. the pork chop was ordered medium rare, but came well made and hard. also the scallops and Risotto dishes were not good. the skalopps were chewing and dry and the risotto was understated. the restaurant was not busy.

Went during restaurant week. Was nothing special. Food was just ok. My husband had a shrimp and Linguini dish. Only 4 shrimp and not enough Linguini. His slice of cheesecake was really small. He was still hungry when we left. My eggplant parmigiana gave me heartburn all evening. Disappointed.

Service was excellent and accommodating. I had the chicken scarpariello and my husband had the special of short ribs over gnocchi and both were delicious. I also had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were outstanding.

Ive eaten here a few times when they first opened and wasn't impressed. I decided to go back and try it again. I'm glad I did. Everything was delicious. The waiter was friendly as was all the staff.
