I absolutely loved the fried chicken momos! The portion size was excellent, especially for the price. While I heard some comments about their hours, I can confirm that they were open at 8 PM on a Monday. However, the sauce containers are quite small, so I suggest they switch to standard-sized containers instead. Also, after I placed my order, I was informed that they couldn't accept credit cards. This was a bit surprising since their menu states they do, and no one mentioned it prior to my order. we happened upon this eden of momo momentousness one random friday night a few weeks back and chanced it for dinner. got the momo combo and some pork buns to boot! All was delicious and fairly priced for what you got (serving size was what you'd expect from food truck type fare- enough to sate a craving, but not if you are starving... including the pork buns it was filling. Beware, optional spicy sauce is HOT! 4 stars cause we never know when it's going to be around! you get a hankering for the delicious dumplings and the trucks not there... argh!
I had a fantastic experience with the vegetarian momos; I liked both the steamed and fried versions equally. I just wish there were more sauce options available, as the hot sauce that came on the side was a bit too spicy for my taste. By the way, they also had a sign indicating that they accept both card and Venmo!

This truck has really nice momos. I enjoyed the beef. I also tried the veggies, which had a savory cabbage filling and recommend to eat with the spicy sauce. The cold noodles had a nice kick.
Would be a 5 star place if they listed the correct hours and days online. Nothing worse than walking there hoping to get food and it either not being there or it being closed.
I had a fantastic experience with the mono and laphing. The spicy flavor really packs a punch!
