recommended by our hotelier at the cottage 1956, we discovered this restaurant that we highly recommend! welcome, presentation and flavour of the dishes have packed us. enjoy the snails with roast rhubarb pie, which delights! only flat, "my rest" is nestled in a turn, and the road is very frequented by bikers. the aeroplane on the terrace suffers. Agacely quickly swept by the quality of the dishes.
Saturday evening, dinner with an excellent jazz orchestra in this charming little restaurant of the three alsace epis near Colmar. The meal was excellent both in presentation and in tasting. The fish (copper) had a perfect cooking. The boss rewarded us with a very well-interpreted song with the musicians who were delighted to accompany her.nicole and blue rose
a few kilometers of kaysersberg in alsace direction the 3 ears or is a restaurant "my rest" for which we had fortunately reserved we did not take an entrance and ordered a quasi veal in crust of hazelnuts very well cooked with al dente vegetables and as dessert a roast mango accompanied by fruit and a sorbet to raspberry and a crumble to apples beautifully
Despite the waitress' not coming, the boss had to manage the service alone and remained smiling and pro. a point cooked foie gras, a tajine of fish cooked to perfection, a big enjoyolle with ice with almond milk made us spend a great time in the garden away from the sun and the noise of the road. this restaurant will please you for various reasons:- a room not too large, about 40 covered- a warm welcome by smiling staff- a reduced card (some entries, dishes and desserts) which guarantees the fact of home and after a good meal, a little walk is required
We are never disappointed and increasingly surprised! The dishes are delicious, flavors full of mouth. everything is done home, the chef is extremely gifted and the waitress very aggressive. Nothing to say, it's a perfect place... bravo! : )
Fantastic food in a cozy little restaurant, highly recommendable. We had each one of the Easter special menus and white wine from the region and we would highly recommend the place to everybody. The staff was very kind and welcoming too.
