Mondo Restaurant - Reservar una mesa

I stopped in there yesterday because we were staying at hotel. The chalkboard displayed a reasonable priced special so I decided to check it out.Decor is nice, very bright and service staff attentive. I ordered spinach omelette/hash/rye toast. This is where the experience started to slide and pick up steam in the wrong direction.1. Restaurant and lounge were not busy, it was 11:30 am 4 tables in lounge area and 4 or 5 restaurant side. Seating capacity is quadruple if not more.2. Was seated immediately and order was taken. Then I wait, wait some more and more did I mention waiting and more3. Food finally arrived except it was to a table that arrived after me by 15 minutes and wait some more4....

Ready for a late lunch after many hours of driving, we came across the Mondo Restaurant. When we walked inside we realized they were getting ready to close for the afternoon, but they were more then happy to keep the kitchen open long enough to make us lunch. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. We will definitely return to this restaurant next time we are in Fort St. John.

I usually only go to Mondo's for the Mondo salad (fantastic, by the way). This time around I ordered breakfast for lunch while visiting with a friend. It was delicious! You get your money's worth and then some! My eggs were cooked perfectly and the service was top notch! Good for that simple homemade breakfast feel.

Enjoy watching the Junior Hockey game on the lounge side. Our party of 4 enjoyed wings, the beef dip and a steak sandwich! The beer was served in ice cold frosty glasses and the food portions were large. Sam our waitress was outstanding. Mondo offered an extensive menu that could please any dietary requirements.

Just had a great meal at their new location. The food was excellent. Great new menu too, asian cuisine added as well as a few more items of interest. They are working out the details you can tell, so the wait period is a bit trying but it is so worth it.

OK I didn't know the place was even open for breakfast - what a wonderful suprise for FSJ.... a page full of eggs benedict and the one I had was awesome.... and the coffee was great to. All around a great find in the city

I was the second time in. On the first time, I had Filet Mignone and it came fast and was great. The second time I had Liver and was also great and fast. Friendly staff too.

Love this Restaurant.. the breakfast and brunch menu is great the food tastes great. Price is good. Service is usually great! I haven't had dinner there yet!

Tried the Eggs Benny as they are available all day long. If you like bacon you will love them! Portions are large. Service was good.

This places has an amazing breakfast with the best crispy shredded hash browns in town. We love it here for breakfast or lunch.
