The Monrovia underwent a remodel, and what a change. The restaurant feels more like a sit down experience with an open, friendly environment. Menu is not extensive but hits all the basics and delivers the flavor. A large pizza oven sits out in the open promising authentic pies and a great talking piece. Some of the staff is new but a few veterans are on the floor giving great service (shout out to Derrick). Gluten free options are available and it is right next to one of Monrovia's parking lots. We came for the brunch, we'll come back for the service and Saturday happy hour!
I had an amazing tuna sandwich served with handmade pita bread! The pizza was also great, baked in a handmade oven with fresh ingredients. The Spicy Meatball Pizza is a must-try as well! They offer freshly squeezed orange juice and large fruit juices. The service was excellent, and the outdoor seating is a nice touch. The interior is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. I highly recommend this place if you're near Monrovia! Apologies, but the last photo I took was of the tuna sandwich, which I devoured before I could snap a pic!
This place is amazing! The food was excellent and service was great!! The Monrovian has got a completely new look and a huge upgrade to the menu. I think there is a new owner and it shows!!! I went for Sunday brunch and was very impressed by the Tamale pork shoulder. It was so delicious and packed a lot of taste. They use a white gloss that has such a smooth silky texture. You also have a bakery that looks amazing. My family already has plans for our next visit, because there are so many tasty looking items we want to try.
I had breakfast at this restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! I was excited to try this trendy spot, and I'm so glad I did. A big thank you to the staff for their friendly service! I've been back twice just for their incredible pizza. My family and I absolutely love it; it's so tasty, and it's fun to watch them make it right in front of you. It's definitely a must-try! Their pastries are also delicious, especially when paired with a cup of hot coffee.

This is a great spot for brunch. I really appreciate the unique layout, with a bakery at the front, a restaurant in the middle, and a bar at the back. However, the front staff could have been a bit friendlier and more welcoming. As for the food, it’s typical American cuisine, which was a bit disappointing since I was hoping for something more unique. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it!
The food was very flavorful!! Great service all around. And will definitely be bringing my doggos to chill and enjoy the space!! Yes (nice) DOG FRIENDLY!
