This restaurant has a lovely ambiance, with nicely designed lobby and bar areas. I particularly enjoyed the twinkling lights woven into the branches of the decor. Our server, Tyler, was very attentive and informed us about the day's specials. However, I did have to flag him down for tea refills, which were quite good. I found my fillet to be delicious, though a bit chewy, while my companion said the shrimp and goose were excellent. A friend of a friend owns this newly opened pizza restaurant, and I couldn't resist heading over when I saw their pastrami pizza on the menu. They held a soft opening earlier this week, with a grand opening scheduled for Monday. We decided to go with our favorite toppings: pepperoni, sausage, ham, mushrooms, and jalapenos. The food itself was fantastic—flavorful and well-prepared. Our server was friendly and made an effort to see if anything could be done to alleviate our discomfort, but management's response was not what we hoped for. It seemed they were more focused on the older clientele, who made up the majority of the diners, which may have affected their reaction to our complaints. While we understand that issues can arise, doing nothing in response to this situation is simply unacceptable. Despite the excellent food, my family has decided not to return. Nice service. Had 7 reservations. Saw 20 minutes on our table before we even got water. We had to ask twice. Everything was waiting long. The waiter never asked if we wanted refills or another drink (glass wine/twig mule). Rolls were never served. We had to ask for bread. When we finally got the little dinner rolls, they were hard like a rock! Our appetizer and dinner were good. Not enough cutlery for our dessert. Had 1 spoon. The coffee was disgusting, like mud. But our cheesecake tasted good. Do not take many reservations if you are not staffing. The other tables also complained about the service. Get your service or you don't have to serve customers. BEST OPTION IN NW NORTH CAROLINA. This place was so good. Service was excellent. It was obvious that they have a chef who is directing the menu and specials very well. The appetizers (crab cake (1) and fried Brussel sprouts) were on point. The entrees were incredible. TRY THE SPECIALS. We had grouper, rib eye, and shrimp and andouille. Desserts were excellent key lime, crème brûlée, and brownie and ice cream huge desserts with great flavor. This is a must eat place if you are even as far banner elk.

The most incredible meal! The service is was just as incredible. Fernando was awesome! From start to finish we absolutely loved everything about this place! We had the pork loin special with risotto and asparagus; as well as, the trout with potatoes. We started with the crab cake and fried oysters. We will most certainly be coming back! Make a reservation! You won?t be disappointed!

Absolutely fantastic! The pepperoni pizza was amazing, and the buffalo chicken pizza had just the right amount of spice—it was incredibly delicious. The teriyaki chicken wings were simply out of this world. The service was excellent; we didn't have to wait long, and the atmosphere was great. I loved every moment of it. Thank you, Vicky! I can't wait to try the pastrami next time.

Prices are a bit high for the dishes. Service was a bit slow. I had to stop eating for a while, bc my server did not do a check back and I needed salt and both myself and my husband had no drink. I was gonna pay with my debit card but ended up gathering up enough cash to put in the check book so i could leave bc nobody came back to get my payment. The food was good tho. The food was good, but the service was a bit slow. Unfortunately, the fillet was tough, but my daughter really enjoyed the cheesecake and pasta.
