This was the first time I skied at Chill Factore. My first impression was good as the lady at the reception was friendly and helpful who told me everything about what I needed to know. The rental area was under renovation so was a bit noisy.The skiing area was properly managed. The reasons I gave it a 4–star were, firstly, the gears were worn so as the lockers: Not until I inserted a coin in it I found the key was gone. I gotta asked the staff at rental for help and he found someone to fix it quickly. Secondly because the poor design of the car park and the ruthless of the back office. When I left and found my car was stuck at the car park, I went to the reception for help. A staff named Cat...
I always have a fantastic time at Chill Factor. The staff are truly amazing. I ski reasonably well, but when I want to learn a new skill and struggle to pick it up, there’s always a staff member or even a fellow skier ready to offer some advice. The shops and restaurants are wonderful to visit after a morning on the slopes. I do wish the staff at the Castle in the Air were a bit more attentive. Overall, though, it feels like a little getaway whenever I’m at Chill Factor.
fantastic equipment. easy to book, just check in and everything very organized. helpful staff. all they could need, including clothes, if they don't have their own. spacious lockers, a lot of choice for eating and drinking etc. we went around 18 o'clock on a Saturday and found the slope to be quite quiet. really great experience and would highly recommend
This soft play center is quite pricey compared to others, but it offers a larger space. They also have laser quest and trampoline games that are displayed on a screen, making the experience even more immersive—all included in the admission price. Went to the chill factor for my partner’s birthday. We was taught how to snowboard by Jono. He was fantastic, made the experience memorable. Was a great teacher. Had a lot of patience with me and my partner. Would definitely recommend him! He did such a good job we will be coming back for another lesson with him very soon! Awesome guy.
Went for my first ever snowboard lesson yesterday, it was wicked, Sam's a really nice guy really friendly, informative and explains things very well, I learnt a lot of snowboarding techniques and it was a really enjoyable experience, a fantastic instructor, I'll be back again for sure, Thank you Sam!
great place to ski for adults and children with all equipment provided. I look out of the warmth of caffe, while my daughter makes her ski lessons. cappuccino is good and the small pots of the chips are beautiful! there is also a balcony over the snow, but dress warm for the balcony.
