The place is worryingly dirty pretty much everywhere (don't dare look near the windows) and makes you wonder how the kitchen is handled away from the patrons. It takes a few minutes to hear your name and then when you do you better be quick because they have no patience for you. The meatballs, are huge and the sauce is horrible and tastes worse than many things you'd buy in a tin jar. The fact that it is served in a STYROFOAM cup to you, just not good. The cheesesteaks are hardly Philly and certainly not the best around (DP Cheesesteaks kicks their butts all day long in that category, no comparison), and worse still, they are so dry...

Este es el mejor rastrillo de queso en el lago salado. Bueno, cuando este lugar era pequeño y relativamente sin descubrir, fue increíble. This is the best cheese steak in Salt Lake. Now when this place was small and relatively undiscovered, it was amazing. Since the SLC location was on Food Network's DDD, the popularity exploded and their attempts to keep up with the demand resulted in a lower quality product. That said, it's still dang good. Get the cheese steak, whiz, with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. And an order of onion rings. And don't forget their house jalapeno sauce for the sammich and their own brand of fry sauce for the rings.
Been there twice both times they were to busy making call in orders. I was the only one in the restaurant I stood at register five minutes no one took my order so I walked out. The saddest thing is the table where they were working is less than ten feet from the register so I know they could see me standing in front of them, maybe it is a race thing and they won't serve my race. I know they won't be serving me anymore because I will never step in that restaurant in Midvale ever again!!!
Ha estado allí dos veces en las dos veces que debían ocuparse haciendo llamadas en pedidos. Yo era el único en el restaurante, me quedé en el registro cinco minutos, nadie tomó mi pedido, así que salí. Lo más triste es que la mesa donde trabajaban está a menos de diez pies del registro, así que sé que podían verme de pie frente a ellos, tal vez sea una raza y no servirán a mi raza. ¡Sé que ya no me servirán porque nunca volveré a pisar ese restaurante en Midvale!
