I visited Moon Palace Kitchen for the first time, arriving just 40 minutes before closing. I opted for takeout, and my order was ready about 15-20 minutes after I called, which was reasonable. However, the orange chicken I ordered was surprisingly spicy and left a lingering heat in my mouth for about an hour after eating. From my experience with other Chinese restaurants, orange chicken usually has only a mild spice, so this was much hotter than expected. On the plus side, the pork fried rice and egg roll were excellent. I may consider giving this place another try in the future.
The food at Moon Palace Kitchen is similar to what you'd find at most typical Chinese takeout spots, likely because many of these restaurants use the same two main suppliers for their ingredients. What usually distinguishes one from another is good customer service and quick delivery, but unfortunately, this place doesn't meet those standards. The woman who took my order was impatient and rude, even raising her voice when I asked her to repeat something for the third time. I won’t be coming back as a regular. Truly disappointing.
My husband and I stopped by for some dumplings and ended up ordering one of each option on the menu. Everything was absolutely delicious! The staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly and even treated us to two complimentary sodas. The food and service were phenomenal, and we will definitely be returning!

This restaurant needs to be closed. There is leftover food everywhere and they are stingy with sauce. They also just throw your food at you when it's ready.
The food is absolutely delicious, the service is prompt, and the front desk staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
Do not misunderstand them with their accent and so... what do you expect this to be a Chinese restaurant lol same taste.
