The owner of the cafe is always friendly and welcoming, and the staff quickly offer our usual beverage choices once we are seated. We was on business in st Neots. Thought we'd stop stop for lunch. I'm so glad we did. Apart from a warm welcome it's backed up by great service as well. A very large varied menu and fairly priced . The portions are very generous to be fair. I had pie n mash east London style. It was recommended to me by the owner. He sources the pies and the mash from London. It took me back 30 years since I last lives there it was that good. I'd go out of my way to use this place again. Thanks again. Nice to see a company that still believe in looking after it's customers. Brilliant
Without exception the best café I’ve ever been to…. had perfectly poached eggs on toast and freshly squeezed orange juice which came in a very large glass, my sister had the liver breakfast….again cooked to perfection and extremely generous portions. The food was top quality. Customer satisfaction and value for money is definitely a priority here. Service was spot on too, naturally and genuinely friendly staff. We were both totally impressed.
The reason this cafe gets 5 stars is because when they mess up with the delivery they beleive the customer and make things right. Today I ordered a breakfast with apple pie and custard for afters and the apple pie did not get delivered. I phoned and the lady was so aplogectic and an apple pie was dispatached quickly to me.

Each ordered a quick breakfast as we were in town. ALL our orders of toast were so burnt black, didn't have time to complain and wait for yet another lot to be made. Eggs were lousy and barely cooked. Keep in mind, £4.50 for just two slices of toast w/two tiny eggs on top. ~Couldn't even get it partially right.
Great choice, quality and value from a very friendly team. We were visiting the town on a bike packing trip, so needed proper sustenance for another day in the saddle. And boy did we find it! Very generous portions and speedy service in a friendly, very clean environment.
The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of food and drinks. We all enjoyed the pie, mash, and liquor, which was delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The place was very clean. We will definitely be returning, in fact, we can't wait to go back.
The restaurant has a vibrant local atmosphere and despite being busy, service was still very efficient. The staff were friendly despite the crowds. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous.

Great little cafe, can sit outside or in, Great variety of food , lovely staff. Breakfast, Lunch or snacks with drinks. Was a tad cold when the door opened but it's winter and that can't be helped.
Very big sides so we shared between 2 of us. Lovely staff and yummy food! The salted caramel cheesecake is a definite choice
