Moretti’s has been a train wreck of service this past year after numerous attempts to give them another chance they have failed. Failed in customer service, acknowledgement of their poor food quality and keeping their word on refunds. My husband and I have ordered take out at least 4 times with out pizzas wrong or completely burnt. This last time last week, we ordered 4 pizzas, wings, and fries. The gluten free pizza came and was completely burnt so we drove back to show them and ask them to remake it. The GM took the pizza and said what do you want me to do with this? Sat down some time before 7:05 got food around almost 8 PM all we order was a soup that wasn't hot could tell it was microwaved seeing the plate was piping hot same way with the tenders they were raw cold but plate was hot fries were like they was sitting out for minutes before rest of order was ready and final thing was a salad. Place wasn't really busy saw good few waiters just standing there and 2 of them on their phones yet took almost an hour to recieve a soup, a salad, and tenders with fries. Never going back to this Bartlett location
Household is gluten free because of several auto immune issues where gluten can cause major health concerns. Ordered two gluten free pastas and in the bottom of both was spaghetti. Which they admit they do not have in a gluten free version. Management was very understanding and handled as well as they could. Advised us they do have a policy of no cross contamination and would discuss with the staff again. Would have been nice to get a refund for food we can't eat. Hopefully there won't be any major issues but yikes.
Had my son's bridal shower in June and the rehearsal dinner in September in one of the Banquet rooms and as usual everything was absolutely perfect! Isabel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and quick response time kept me sane during my planning. She was there day of helping to setup things to perfection. The food we choose was delicious and plentiful. The events were amazing and i highly recommend having your next event there. Many thanks to Isabel, Ryan and Julieta.

Awful service. After food dropped off, never saw her again. Had to ask other servers for assistance. Other servers were hustling. $9 for kids small bowl of Kraft Mac n cheese with no side. Soup we ordered was slightly warm. I ALWAYS tip a minimum of 20% 30% .. not today. I frequent this place quite a bit, but not anymore. And double check your bill..they add a surcharge..make sure you ask them to remove it!
A friend and I came to eat here about a week ago from Oswego and it was definitely worth the drive! Pizza was amazing, drinks were wonderful, and the staff were very friendly! Around halfway through our meal the manager (Brian I believe) stopped by and was very friendly. I would give it ten stars if it was an option!
Food was delicious. Server was good, a little slow but the place was packed and we were a party of 21, so really she did a good job. My only criticism was, 2 of us ordered coffee with Bailey's and it was terrible and ice cold. Otherwise it was good.
The food was good. I had the French onion steak sandwich. The water did not taste good. I'm not sure if they are on well, but it was bad, and we are a water family, so that put a bit of a damper on eating there.

My grandson's first communion was here yesterday. Good food (buffet). Let us bring in our own desserts from a bakery for the sweet table. Service was excellent
