Moretti's Pizzeria Morton Grove

we were placed in a separate room and then ignored. we asked ourselves what we had done to earn this treatment. we could see into the next room in which people who came after us received water food. when we got the attention of a waitress, she was apologetic, but had no information about happy hour specials after finding a short menu, not the species of wein that were included in the happy hour. we finally got to eat, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to have a glass of wine and a beef sandwich. she seemed like a nice young lady, but didn't even seem to know that in her opposite weren't trained to present specials, etc.

Calamari was pure oil and overcooked, service was ok, she was on the slow side, ambiance was good , we had asked them to change the game 3x ..
