Caution! This bar consistently requires police presence. The security staff often handle guests roughly without justification and frequently escalate situations. Many patrons seem to carry weapons, and the management shows no willingness to change either the security personnel or their procedures. The owners and managers appear indifferent to the safety of their guests, and the presence of weapons is concerning.
This bar has staff that actively encourage you not to drive if you're unsure of how much you've had to drink. I would highly recommend it. Stay safe, and remember that there’s never a good reason to drink and drive. With bars and employees like this, we might save some lives this holiday season!
We went in for food and drinks, and even though all the tables were reserved, the manager was able to find a table for us. The BBQ chicken flatbread was spot on, and our server was very attentive. There was also a live DJ playing music videos to accompany the music!
There is really nothing bad to say about this place. The food is really good. The girls are are really hot. If there’s any major sporting event like boxing or UFC/MMA fights, you’ll find me here. Love this place. Did I mention the nice girls that work here? Reserva una mesa ahora
Very clean, spacious place to stop by and watch the Viking Game even though we had to listen to the Bears game!!!. The food looked fantastic but we had just eaten so we just enjoyed some adult beverages. Great service! Worth going back to!
Fantastic bar and grill! The service was prompt and the food was incredible. The waitstaff was very attentive to our needs. I definitely have to return in the evening; it seems like Playbook Nightlife is amazing!
They don't take reservations through OpenTable. Playbook is more of a bar that serves food, and it doesn't have enough tables to accommodate more than eight guests. They should be removed from OpenTable.
