Morpeth Woodfire Pizza & Indian Delicacies

Visited last week with a colleague. Have been here previously last year also. Arrived very hungry after a long day at work. We quickly ordered; the food, although excellent, took a long time to arrive. I observed they were prioritising take away orders over eat in. The Indian food was excellent, highly recommend the King Samosa entree and naans. The rice is fantastic! Butter chicken tastes similar to jar stuff, though and they use chicken thigh, not breast. Serving sizes are generous, and you can request a container for leftovers. A sweet naan offering would be nice. Pizzas coming out of the woodfired oven looked amazing. Great prices too. This place proves you can do two very different type...

I enjoyed the warmth & ambience of the woodfired oven however the food delivered was average. The chilli paneer vegetarian dish had fried onion rings that were chewy and a raw garlic flavor throughout the dish gave me the impression that the base sauce was heated for just a few moments with the extra ingredients. The naan & rice was ok but maybe I'll try the pizza next time

Got take out tonight (third time ive done this) and again the food is dodgy.Chewy fat beef in the Korma, cheese naan breads with barely any cheese and dough tasting.Overall very disappointing. This is the third time we've got Indian from here, and have also had their pizzas (which had burnt bottoms)... so no way will I return. Fool me for thinking they may have improved.

We have enjoyed Indian three times from this restaurant. Our favourite dishes are butter chicken and mango chicken. The naan breads are delicious too. Great value for money.

Ordered 4 take away pizzas last week. Really tasty. Great size for the price. The Tandoori Chicken was spectacular. Thoroughly recommended.
