Morrisons Cafe - Reserva de mesa

I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago and ordered three jacket potatoes. Initially, the girl at the counter mentioned that they might not have any left, but she checked and confirmed they did. We sat down and were served quickly. However, all three potatoes were very dark on the inside and didn't look or taste right. I spoke with the girl who served us; she apologized and offered us a free drink. I explained that we had already ordered drinks. She mentioned that she hadn't cooked the potatoes and left it at that. I visited for breakfast and really enjoyed it. However, I noticed a poster on the wall outlining the food preparation guidelines for staff. Although it stated that hair should be fully covered with hair nets and hats, I didn't see any staff member wearing a hair net. Additionally, the guidelines mentioned no jewelry except for plain wedding bands, but I saw staff members wearing rings, watches, and bracelets. The rules also stated no eating, drinking, or chewing gum in the food area, yet I noticed a staff member drinking from a water bottle behind the counter. Perhaps a refresher course on food hygiene would be beneficial.

What a disappointment, the food was disgusting presentation was not much better. The woman who served the food to our table was surly couldnt wait to get away. They had no mayo, it is situated in a supermarket for goodness sake. Go to the shelf and get some. The coleslaw is not coleslaw at all it is very dry mass produced slivers of carrots cabbage, neither I nor my partner could eat it as we both found it so dry struggled to swallow it. Chips were ok, burger was really foul inedible. You used to do so much better Morrisons.

Went in for a quick lunch, selected food only to be told haven 't got that, haven 't got this, went to look at the menu to select something else , the woman on the till was huffing and puffing at me. Eventually selected our food and drinks and sat down, the coffee was nearly cold. Went back for a replacement, she simply said the machine is at a preset temperature, I said yes but it 's nearly cold, she said oh just put some hot water in it, ridiculous and so rude, they couldn 't be bothered. I came hear on the 27th March with mum first and last time in this cafe usualy go to other morrisons only this one lets the side down big time should be a sign.in front of the stars would i come a gain No No No iwould go to other morrisons cafes and think the staff from this one would benifit if they went to other morrisons cafe as they would learn how to serve people how to cook and pesent the food how it should be hot not tepid stay away if you value your health .

Tables not cleared, had to wait to pay while 2 staff held a conversation behind the counter completely ignoring customers. The till was finally attended by a young girl who was great but appeared to be covering till, clearing tables, bringing out food orders, refilling condiments stand and clearing tables on her own while the other 2 were chatting. Very disappointed as this used to be really good service and not reliant on one member of staff to do everything

Then for dinner, I ordered a steak pie and a kids' menu for my children. I could barely eat my meal; it was terrible, and my kids only nibbled on the chips because the chicken nuggets were not good at all. I was really let down, especially since I had heard great recommendations from others and was hoping things would improve. I gave it two stars because some days the staff are friendly, while other days they seem to be in a bad mood.
