Morton's The Steakhouse

When I called to make a reservation, I was asked if we were celebrating anything special. 'Yes, it 's our 26th Anniversary. ' The host replied ' Well congratulations we will reserve the smooching booth for you! ' When we arrived, we were seated off in the corner of the restaurant to ourselves and they clearly avoided having to sit any other patrons at surrounding tables/booths to ensure our privacy. The menu was specialized and customized to congratulate us on our occasion. We were treated like royalty! They even took a picture of us, printed it and had it in a frame to take home. They also served a complimentary dessert in our honor! But that was not all, we actually received a phone call...

The food was excellent and when the waiter was at our table they were extremely kind. Unfortunately the service was awful. It felt like we were forgotten. We didn’t get bread until a half hour after sitting down. There was no communication between the waiters. It was very frustrating. The restaurant is extremely expensive and for the service to be this poor is unacceptable.

Everything from the service to the food is excellent. The new management really makes a difference. Ryan the GM is a great guy an really pays attention to detail. If you havent met him yet, make sure to shake his hand after dinner. He goes above and beyond for everyone there.

The restaurant was practically empty when we were there for dinner and the service was painfully slow. We didn’t get apps on our table for an hour after we sat down. Desserts were forgotten and took an extra 15 min to come out

The romantic atmosphere and good hospitality and service and good food omg, this was the best Birthday I had I really enjoyed myself and was very surprised I would come back again.

Our waiter Hank was awesome! He explained the whole menu in detail and was very sweet and helpful. The food was great, perfectly as I liked my steak well done.

Food was excellent and our server, Hank, couldn’t have done a better job! We had a wonderful night and can’t wait to return!
