The food looked fantastic, but sadly, we didn’t get to try any of it. We waited for about five minutes without any assistance. Once someone finally came to our table, we had to wait another ten minutes during which we noticed our server passing by without attending to us. As tourists searching for a nice meal—especially since many nearby places only serve bar food—we were disappointed. We weren’t dressed up, and if the host had informed us that our attire was inappropriate, we would have gladly left to find another restaurant. Instead, we felt humiliated and disrespected. Money wasn’t an issue for us, but we genuinely felt discriminated against.
The food was excellent and when the waiter was at our table they were extremely kind. Unfortunately the service was awful. It felt like we were forgotten. We didn’t get bread until a half hour after sitting down. There was no communication between the waiters. It was very frustrating. The restaurant is extremely expensive and for the service to be this poor is unacceptable.
Went to this location before a show and the service was so slow. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Bartender tried to blame it on the crowd but come on. There are tons of shows nearby so this can’t be a new problem for them. Also ordered off the bar bites menu and the food was average. Disappointed.
Everything from the service to the food is excellent. The new management really makes a difference. Ryan the GM is a great guy an really pays attention to detail. If you havent met him yet, make sure to shake his hand after dinner. He goes above and beyond for everyone there.

The restaurant was practically empty when we were there for dinner and the service was painfully slow. We didn’t get apps on our table for an hour after we sat down. Desserts were forgotten and took an extra 15 min to come out
The location and parking was perfect We loved the ambiance and decor. Very elegant. The food was amazing and delicious. The portions were more than enough. I would recommend Morton Steakhouse to anyone.
Steak taste like rotten meat, very expensive for 1/10 food. No kids Menu, for the price you pay you should expect good quality food. Had to buy food at our hotel after spending $240 for 2 people 1 kid
Great restaurant with great food and a huge wine selection. Food was cooked to perfection. The only negative was the waiter who kept forgetting what we needed (Salt, Pepper etc).

We had a fantastic experience. The food was exquisite, especially the steak, and we absolutely loved the cheesecake.
Wonderful and thoughtful service. Our server Carlos made the evening special for us. The food was great.
