Got up and left after no service.Walked in at noon on a busy Saturday with no reservation, they said 5 minute wait. No problem, actually surprised it was that short. We were seated outside after a 10 minute wait, which was perfectly fine. It’s a nice little area they have setup with umbrellas and heat. They left us utensils and menus.Then we never saw anyone at our table for 20 minutes. No water, no greetings, no service, no updates, no nothing. Returned to mosaic after years with great memories/At my surprise, the restaurant was not that busy.We were taken to our table within seconds of getting in.Our server Corey was very polite and efficient.Food was absolutely exquisite and well presented. We ordered the niçoise salade which is one of my favorite dish to eat out. It was beautiful and plentiful with purple potatoes and seared tomatoes. Served in a timely manner.I mentioned in the reservation we were celebrating my birthday and I totally forgot about it until they brought us a nice Belgian waffle with gigantic ripe strawberries, whipped cream and hot chocolate sauce:We will definitely be back.THANK YOU!
I'm not really a waffle person, and there are plenty of very appealing vegetarian things here, but I love eggs Benedict with tomato instead of bacon and I decided to try it on waffle instead of English muffin and it was amazing. The waffle was delicate and lightly crispy and the flavors of the hollandaise and the eggs and tomato plus the waffle was incredible. This was one of the most delightful breakfast dishes I've ever had. It was perfection. I'll be back asap and often! Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie and vegan options and the menu clearly notes these with a V. Delicious food. Lots of butter in the omelets and waffles very delicious.
Service was very good. Food was also good, but my daughter's fries were a little undercooked, but they brought out a fresh plate of fries upon request. The English Muffin for my Eggs Benedict was toasted a little too long but still edible. It was my daughter's birthday and they brought out a complimentary Belgium Waffle topped with strawberries, whipped cream, and a sprinkler and sang happy birthday! I took off a point for the undercooked fries and overly toasted english muffin but overall, a great experience and tasty food and I'd go back.

This restaurant is famous for its waffles, which are light and not overly sweet. I ordered a chicken salad and pecans served on a waffle sandwich, while my friend chose an omelette. Both dishes were delicious, and the service was outstanding. For dessert, I enjoyed a crepe drizzled with a light custard sauce and topped with strawberries, while my friend had a whole waffle with fresh strawberries.
You have to try the Croque Madame!!! It features a crispy, crunchy waffle topped with ham, egg, and cheese—an open-faced sandwich with the top waffle served on the side to keep it crunchy. It’s absolutely delicious! And those thin, crunchy potato fries? Each one is simply flawless. Yum, yum, yum!
I hadn't been to Mosaic in a couple of years, but it was as wonderful as I remember. Our waitress was lovely, the cocktails were yummy and the food was DELICIOUS! I will definitely make an effort to get to Mosaic more often, it's really a great place to dine!!
Entrees were served in a piecemeal fashion without requested complements. Waffle was not hot, removed, and served again. Overall, the service was A1 and the experience was pleasant.

Excellent food. Have been coming here for 10+ years. Very good service. Can be very busy reservations recommended. Parking can be a challenge.
Mosaic never disappoints. I had Eggs Benedict on waffles and they were amazing. One of the best I have ever had! Will definitely be back!
