Mosman Rowers Club

I have visited this club twice, using Living Social vouchers.The big breakfast on the deck was enjoyable and certainly a beautiful way to start the weekend. When I visited  for lunch I ordered the short rib (yes, singular) on chips. The meat was tasty and tender but there needed to be something else more interesting than chips on the plate. My son in law had the same and left half his meat as he said it was mostly fat. As he was paying his own way ($30 for main) he wasn't impressed. But the "tiramisu" ($14) was a glass full of cream with two biscuits shoved in the top. No sponge, no discernible flavour at all. Just a bowl of cream basically!I was very disappointed with the lunch. I had intended bringing a close friend for lunch next week but am reconsidering. I'm not lousy but do expect decent food , especially for a special occasion. The service when someone finally  arrived to give us a menu (by that time I had gone looking for one as no one was in the restaurant) was friendly, but overall the lunch was extremely disappointing.Such a shame as the setting is tranquil and parking convenient.

Dada la ubicación, las vistas y los alrededores, cree que al menos intentarían proporcionar alimentos decentes en la barra principal. Pedimos algunas pizzas que solo eran patéticas, a $ 18, cada una de las gracias. Usted sabe que algún día obtendrá un gerente decente para ejecutar el lugar y exigir que alguien en la cocina realmente revela el menú y proporciona grub decente a precios del club. ¡Qué desperdicio de uno de los mejores lugares de restaurantes de Sydney!

Nothing wrong with this place on a warm spring morningWe were on a breakfast voucher so the price was right too! The nono's no no had pasta al dente.

I went to the Mosman Rowers club because I wanted to check it out and have a nice meal on the water.
