Brought my daughters here for a sushi day. What was supposed to be a pleasant lunch out turned out to be a horrendous service experience.Food was okay, not bad. Not spectacular either.Service to start was slow. and towards the end, downright frustrating! This ruined the whole dine in experience. Spent almost thirty minutes waiting just to get the bill.We've asked for the bill and the waitress prioritized a patron coming in, then proceeded to walk away from us, rummage something in her desk for 5 minutes. Then take a phone call. Then welcome another guest, Went back to rummage on her desk again. Then take another phone call. Then talk to a person inquiring. Then talk a person picking take out...

This was our first time ordering from here so I had no idea what to expect. We ordered the sushi/sashimi/spicy roll party platter the fish was fresh, clean, and the rolls and rice were well prepared and tasty. Even the pickled ginger was well balanced in sweet and spiciness and I could taste the right amount of vinegar in the flavour of the sushi rice. I rarely give 5 star reviews but based on the reasonable price and excellent quality of the food I’ll make an exception! I’ll certainly come back again.

Kaoi Sushi has never disappointed my taste buds, or hurt my wallet. The staff is always friendly and inviting. They have a 10% discount if you pay cash, and rewards if you sign up (at the front cashier). The photo attached is the 5 special roll party tray which we get every time! (Hot lady roll, rainbow roll, funky town, double dynamite roll, and yum yum roll) total $50. Delicious!

Sushi was so good and fresh. Literally melt in your mouth. Went for dinner and they were busy but service was fast. For the lunch the next day, the food came fast and was just as good. Waited a bit at the end for the bill.Parking: Little hidden from the street, have to turn in behind the buildings.

The staff at this restaurant are always nice very attentive. I dropped a chopstick once without missing a beat someone came with a new pair for me.I love the generous amount of sauce drizzled onto their rolls. My favourite is the hot lady roll.

Shady business, charged me on my card $102.25 instead of $12.25, couldn't get it back had to report fraud. They also might run the small shady ATM machine in the mall, be very weary in inputting your cards at this places.

I ordered the medium dish, which is a suitable drank for 2-3 persons. it tastes absolutely delicious! the staff are super friendly and nice. I like their fast and great customer service. highly recommended!

We ordered the rolls and sushi combo. The rolls are delicious very light and well seasoned. Sushi is fresh and tastes good too. Both of us got a free appetizer too. Would come back again.
