my son and I visited this restaurant on 4/4/22 (Monday evening) for dinner. our server was also tending bar. Never ever have I had banana-bread, French toast until now. If you like banana bread and French toast, try this delectable twist on a traditional favorite, the frozen sliced bananas on top were a flavorful addition. The place was empty when my wife and I arrived and packed when we finished. I should have tried the cinnamon rolls, they looked delightful. The cafe is small and cozy, we spoke to some of our neighboring tables. Everyone wanted to know what the brown ingredient was in the shakers on the tables. beautiful evening dinner in this beautiful restaurant in clayton, ga. in a small strip mall. we ordered fried green tomato to start. they were perfectly baked and delicious. we also had two salmon dinners with Brussels sprouts, sweet and a delicious loaded kartoffel. my man had a beer and I had a delicious fresh watermelon vodka potion. service was great from our server ally. highly recommended, while in clayton or north georgia bergen. By the way, it was one of the only restaurants that were opened on Monday in clayton. it seems that all other restaurants are not open until Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday in the april.
Man, that was some killer grub and great service. Such a cool edition to the Clayton food/pub scene. Makaela makes the PERFECT vodka martini and Allie is a mind reader, always showing up at just the right moment to take care of her customers’ needs. Good atmosphere, good food (try the fried green tomatoes and the flash fried Brussels Sprouts! AMAZING) and the best service we’ve seen in a long time.

DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY !! Hour and 40 minutes before we got our food. The entire place is only 7 tables and only 4 of them were occupied when we were there. Very limited menu. My partner ordered an omelet that was perfect, and I ordered eggs, grits, and hash browns and they were amazing, too! We also had an exceptional cinnamon roll, which was homemade.
