We had recently delivered one of your pizzas from this site, and we waited for 2 hours when the worker arrived with a name tag Donovan at our door with the pizza. He had a British/English accent and he called Sorry I didn't drive yet, I had to take a bus. I hope I'm not too late then he started to muddy over gems or something, so I close the door in the face and took the pizza. When I opened the pizza, it had an enormous amount of sauce (too much, it was spilled everywhere and half the pepperoni was missing. I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the rude owner. I would advise against going there. The owner only prepared one veggie pizza, and it was half veggie and half cheese. When we arrived an hour before closing, she informed us that there would be no more pizzas available. This was our first and definitely our last visit to any Mountain Mike's location. The owner could have easily mentioned upfront that there was only one hour left for the buffet and that no more pizzas would be made. We specifically informed her that we were vegetarian when we paid, yet she charged us without any hesitation. It wasn't worth a single penny, and we ended up paying $14 each.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and usually loved the place, but lately, the experience has changed. They have someone on the phone who struggles to take orders, which is frustrating. While sitting in the lobby, I overheard three different people mentioning the same issue. Additionally, it seems like they’re not interested in giving you the best deal. I almost ended up paying more when I was trying to take advantage of a promotion for one big special pizza and a large one-topping pizza for free. Be cautious about what they charge you. My initial bill was $53, but it dropped to $30 when I opted for the deal that was advertised right above me.

Today was the worst experience I 've had at Mountain Mike 's pizza. So, I ordered one small pepperoni pizza and a soda, and when I got the pizza, it had almost no sauce on it. there was very, very, little, and a couple of pieces had none at all. One of the slices had no cheese. Not even a speck of cheese. I told the worker there and they said we put sauce on it. I asked if I could return it and they said no, if we make another one it will be the same thing, now go sit down. very rude. I didn 't even get my money back. It was so bland and flavorless. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and usually love this place. However, right now, there’s someone on the phone who doesn’t seem to be able to take orders properly. It’s so frustrating that I’m sitting in the lobby with three other people all commenting on the same issue. Additionally, they don’t seem interested in giving you the best deal. They tried to charge me more when they had a promotion for buy one large specialty pizza and get a large one-topping pizza for free. Make sure to keep an eye on what they’re charging you. My bill was initially $53, but it dropped to $30 once I pointed out the deal that was posted right above me.

I called ahead to place an order. They said it would be ready in 15 minute but to hurry down. I get there 16 minutes after I called. They hadn't even started the pizza yet. The fall tries to claim they were busy, however when I walked in she was chatting with a table, the only one seated inside, and the gentleman making the pizza had nothing he was doing.

Still kinda on the bubble would give them a 4 maybe 5 the pizza was good but I had some stomach issues after I ate it on the first night and with the leftovers as well. Still willing to give them another try my medication could have been the factor with my stomach issues. Next time it could be a 5 star

They offer special discounts on Tuesdays and possibly on Saturdays as well. Be sure to check it out! Their pizzas are incredibly delicious.

The food was excellent, but they didn’t pay attention when I requested extra mushrooms; I only received a small amount on my pizza.
