A friend of mind mentioned that this place does fantastic cakes so when I drove past and the sign finally read open I was in there like a shot. The presentation case is truly beautiful - a glass top counter fit for a jewellery store showed every kind of cakey treat a girl could want. My eyes locked onto the glorious Mozart Torte and the adorable Carrot & Walnut cake. I was greeted by a very friendly girl (in a hair net, which impressed me - obviously OH&S is important here) who told me about the super light sponge filling in the torte.
