BEST STEAK SANDWICH HANDS DOWN IN CHICAGO! BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT.... THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY! THE FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT. There are some local gems when it comes to hamburgers, hot dogs and Italian beefs and fresh cut fries... and Mr. D's is one of them. Not always mentioned in tourist-oriented articles, this is one of the places that the true locals go to. And there is a bonus, they have an excellent steak sandwich.

The steak sandwich was nice, seasoned and cooked well. The fries was disappointing, it was not salted soggy and oily.
