I ordered pizza and wings for my kids and I tonite. When I arrived for pick up they had missed my order and it wasn't ready. All I had wanted was to get it delivered so I don't have to leave again. I understand mistakes happen so I wasn't expecting anything extra. When they delivered it not only was it quick but they were very apologetic and gave me the pizza and wings for FREE!!! Talk about keeping their customers happy! Thanks so much for being AwesomeSauce Mr.Grande! Oh the food was also super delicious! So much cheese!!!
My wife loves this place and turned me on it the pizza. I hear their loyalty program is great. Their pizzas are made the old fashion way and that is how we got hooked. Excellent value in pizza. Their wings are very good also. Mr. Grande has something good going, hope they do not fall to the habits of other poor quality pizza makers. Oh yes as expected they deliver.
