I am so disappointed with this restaurant. I had been here previously (prior to Covid once before in a group of about 10 of us and thought the restaurant had done a brilliant job. I thought I would introduce my partner to it last night to have a nice curry out. I was VERY wrong. Saga Phase 1.....Table was booked for 8.30pm. We were left waiting to order for quite a while. Our starters came out just before 9.30pm! We then proceeded to wait for the main meals. These eventually came out just before 10pm! Had a booking for 8.30 but didn’t get our meal until 10.00, when the food finally arrived my masala chips where cold, I let the waitress know this she took the chips off to be replaced, just after this the owner quickly came over to apologise and stated that he would look after us as he agreed that we shouldn’t have waited this long and it wasn’t acceptable that the chips were cold, I would say the food was ok but unfortunately due to being so late both myself and my partner didn’t eat much as it was so late, when we got the bill it came as two bills one for drinks and one for food they took off £7 for the poor wait time and cold chips but the drinks bill we had been charged for extra drinks...
Had a takeaway from here. Just disappointed really. Couldn’t complete a collection order online so had to call them, they didn’t calculate the 10% discount accurately for collection orders, the bag leaked oil all over it so wasn’t packed properly, the Dansak tasted like burnt garlic (inedible), the Dopiaza wasn’t great either, the chicken tikka had no flavour... Nothing stood out at all and didn’t taste like these dishes do in other restaurants. Just left feeling disappointed and wished we hadn’t bothered. Been struggling for ages to find a decent/consistent Indian takeaway since our favoured one moved premises a year or two ago.
Ordered a takeaway mothers day, received a confirmation email. After an hour I thought I'd call, on my 6th time of calling someone finally answered and pretended he didn't understand English. Declined the order and was extremely rude. Never again will I order from here. Disrespectful rude service.

The food may taste great but the delivery time is aweful. 58 minute wait no food again! Phone to ask where the food is to be told it’s been missed. Not the first time this has happened. The staff are great to talk to, the owner openly aggressive when confronted about the problems!
Took over 1.5 hours to get to us as a takeaway. Food was cold and when I called I was told it was leaving in 10mins then left and on way which took another 30mins for a drive that takes not even 5! Food is normally great but very disappointed this time!
4 of us traveled 6 miles to this restaurant arrived 6.45 waited over 1 1/2 hours for the food had 2 special mixed grills that was burnt to a crisp had the cheek to change us £140 when complained they tried to give us £10 off load of rubbish keep away
good food, fancied an indian tonight, ordered food, there was plenty there and every time I mentioned indian food my belly rumbles.

Quality fresh food very friendly staff it was spot on start to finish nice comfortable chairs and nice decor
