I absolutely love this deli and it’s my go-to spot for delicious, real deli sandwiches on hot days. The food is amazing, but I feel the need to mention a few issues. It's frustrating when I pay for delivery and order fountain drinks, only to receive 20 oz sodas in plastic bottles. I could easily get fountain drinks from a nearby convenience store with my next order. Additionally, I’ve noticed that when I order sandwiches on Mondays, they sometimes seem to lack something and can be a bit mushy. Despite these hiccups, the food is still worth it, so I haven’t stopped ordering from them. Sorry for the criticism, but I just wanted to share my thoughts!
I stopped by to get a sandwich, it is my first time buying here and I have really been very happy with the service received. The sandwich was very well prepared and delicious and the one who attended me was a very cheerful and super friendly man. Ihighly recommend this place
Very friendly, helpful staff. Great to have a place nearby to grab freshly made sandwiches. We kept it simple this time with the Tom Turkey and classic roast beef, but we?ve liked their specialty combos as well. Getting a cookie ???? included is a nicetouch.
Mr. Pickle's felt like a whole new spot compared to my visit last year! The restaurant was much cleaner, and the staff were noticeably more welcoming. When I asked about it, they told me they have new owners. The positive changes were very clear!

The sandwiches are massive and incredibly delicious! I also love the cookie that comes with them. My favorite is the Cali Tuna on Dutch crunch—it's so tasty!
I was dropping off books at the El Cerrito Recycling Center and my kid asked me to bring home a Kickin' Chicken sandwich. I got a bite delicious!

Bread was stale and ingredients were weirdly sour? Almost as if theyve gone bad. But the sandwich was good the time before.
