At 1:30 a.m., two employees welcomed me and informed me they would assist me shortly. A female staff member helped me and was very friendly. However, the TVs displaying the menus were out, so I had to point to what I wanted based on memory. Their responses were polite but didn’t address why I couldn’t order sandwiches by name. When my order arrived, my sandwich was made with the wrong bread. Since I live nearby, I chose not to return, hoping to put this negative experience behind me.
The sandwiches at Mr. Pickle's are okay, but the service is disappointing. When I got there, I was told someone would assist me soon, but while some staff were busy, others were distracted by their phones. I was the only customer in line and waited 10 minutes before deciding to head to the Subway down the street instead. That's my experience.
We catered for our members today and they were on time with our order and made a great lunch box for us. The sandwiches were very good. We thank all the ladies that were working today. We appreciate all your hard work. Thank you. :

I'm still waiting for three sandwiches after being here for 25 minutes, despite there being three employees working.
The new owner is fantastic! The sandwiches are just as great as before, and the experience is top-notch!
