Terrible customer service. Walked in, nobody greats you, lady just stands at cashier doing nothing. Guy working making sandwiches seams majorly confused. Makes customer wrong sandwich etc. He helps Another customer that walks in way after me. Iask if I am going to get helped? The other lady working there seams to have attitude after I say I will go somewhere else. Ihope employees realize that there paycheck comes from customers. It?s not like the sandwiches are cheap at this place. Employeesneed to work on customer service skills.
Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop has always been my go-to when I'm in town, but my last visit was incredibly disappointing. The service was the worst I've ever experienced, with staff seeming uninterested and unfriendly. They took their time with orders and responded with attitude when I requested extras. My food was poorly packaged, and the cookie was unevenly baked. If I could give zero stars, I would. I definitely do not recommend wasting your time or money at Mr. Pickle's, despite what their menu might promise.
Absolutely horrible attitude from employees. I would never eat there again. Huge attitude. Wish a manager was there. Actually I will be sure to contact whom I need to for the lack of quality customer service. All u can here is them complain about otheremployees. Gossiping about other workers and getting loud with customers for not hearing their question on what kind of breadthey want. Very aggressive attitude. Not appropriate for a place of service.
The staff don’t wear masks, and the food quality appears to be getting worse. I’ve never understood why Mr. Pickle’s trains employees to take detailed sandwich orders if they can’t remember them—unless you order everything on it. Just wait and ask me when you’re ready. Despite repeating my order three times, they still got it wrong.

To finish it off, enjoy a delicious chocolate chip cookie. Give them a try— the place is clean, and the staff all wear masks to ensure everyone's safety.
We ordered 13 sandwiches for pick up at 1130am. They weren't ready on time but we weren't too pressed for time. I can't say if it was good since my sandwich got contaminated by river rafting water to no fault of this establishment)! The cookies per order is always a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop. I asked about one of the hot sandwiches on their menu, and it appeared that the meat and cheese were just microwaved before being added to the sandwich. It definitely didn’t justify the cost.
The Dutch bread is so good! They have an awesome and large selection of cold and hot sandwiches. They also have salads. There are tables inside and out and the service is fast and friendly.

Always great sandwiches at Mr. Pickles, love the dutch crunch bread they have available. This location is even better than usual, great service and staff, I will be back again!
