Mr.döner - Reserva de mesa

Wir haben um 17:54 Uhr 15 Gerichte bestellt, die um 18:55 Uhr angekommen sind. Leider waren drei davon komplett falsch (zwei davon wurden beanstandet und sollten aufgrund enger Terminierung unsererseits binnen 15 25 Minuten neugebracht werden . Als ich nach 30 Minuten vergangenen Minuten (angerufen und gefragt habe, wann das Essen denn nun kommt, sagte man mir, dass es nochmal 45 Minuten(! dauern würde. Fehler können passieren, aber eine Nachlieferung, wegen eines eigenen Fehlers, erst nach 75 Minuten erfolgen zu lassen, ist gelinde gesagt dreist. Ankunft war 20:32 Uhr. Die Kirsche auf der Torte war dann, dass der Fahrer von seinem Chef den Auftrag bekam, die falsch gelieferten Gerichte wied...

At 17:54 we ordered 15 dishes arriving at 18:55. Unfortunately, three of them were completely wrong (two of them were challenged and should be retrieved within 15 25 minutes due to close appointments on our part. When I got 30 minutes last (thought and asked when the food comes now, I was told that it was another 45 minutes(!) would last. Errors can happen, but a post-delivery, because of its own fault, only after 75 minutes, is said to be three times. Arrival was 8:32. The cherry on the cake was then that the driver got the order from his boss to take back the wrongly delivered dishes. True to the motto “Besser als nix”, the two portions were naturally also eaten after about 2 1/2 hours. In...

I come from Frankfurt and am Germany a lot professionally on the go, must really say that I have never allowed such a conscientious cook/owner. Here we cooked and prepared with passion. A really great team who are incredibly friendly. We were thirsty for beer, but since they don't sell beer themselves, which is absolutely fine, we got it from the pizzeria opposite... totally cool. The noise on the street is enormous, but that's probably part of the Nürburgring Reserva una mesa ahora
