Mr.sub - Reserva de mesa

I entered to grab a sub just before 7 PM and noticed that a staff member was preparing a sub for another customer, so I waited. It's important to mention that there was another person behind me as well. The staff member finished that order just after 7 PM, then turned to both of us and said they were closed—after making us wait for that order! He could have easily informed us that they close at 7 PM and wouldn’t be able to serve us, instead of making us wait for no reason. This is a terrible display of customer service! I plan to send this review to head office as well. I will no longer be visiting this location, as it seems they don't appreciate their customers.

Me and my boy stopped in for a quick lunch. The lady who helped us was incredible ,like beyond perfect. She asked my boy questions about his job, and if he was learning anything, there were no words to say how happy I was to visit. I'm not a fan of the sub market, don't get me wrong, but I will make a point of dropping in just to support this business.If you have the time, do so it is a very special place. Love ya ?

This is the best Mr. Sub! Blair, the gentleman who works here, is incredibly clean, tidy, and polite. I wish I could speak to his manager to commend him. Thank you, Blair, for your courteous behavior and patience while we ordered 10 sandwiches. You handled it all with such grace!

Tasty classic sub sandwich. It's been many years since I've been to Mr. Sub. This location redeemed the brand for me. This specific location Aurora was great. Friendly service, fresh produce, and meats. Thank you!
