We went to the M&S store in Worcester after a busy day of shopping on Monday 17th May, our first day out of lockdown. After spending a considerable amount of money in the store, we decided to have lunch at the M&S Cafe. However, we were disappointed to find that they had a limited selection of sandwiches. My partner ended up buying a sandwich from the Food Hall and brought it back to the Cafe to eat. We were surprised when we were told that we couldn't eat the sandwich in the Cafe due to company policy. Despite there being plenty of empty tables, we were not given a satisfactory explanation. Unfortunately this cafe doesn't seem to like cruelty free food! I asked if there were any vegan snacks and the woman behind the till rolled her eyes, said no. So we ordered a pot of black tea and coffee as there were no food options. The pot of tea managed just one cup, in most cafes you can normally squeeze two cups. So because if this I thought it was on the expensive side. I'm not sure of the situation, maybe they had staff off sick, but the tables could have done with a good clean.
great vegan choices especially for sweets, percy black skirt! plus large night in options, soft drinks and beautiful selection of terrace items. usual own brand article, but good if a contract is in order. grateful for the public wc! park usually takes a bit geduld if they want to go outside, otherwise there is a lot in short stay opposite and the long stay right of it. make a good stop in front of a picnic at the river.
Parking us a premium but plenty of you pay. Store well stocked but ready meals very short shelf life only dated till tomorrow shame wanted to try there curry but not long enough date on them most only up to tomorrow. We like shopping here. But it is really designed for feeding an individual or a couple who want to have most things done for them. Nothing wrong it that. However we were planning a family party and then this is an expensive way to shop. Otherwise it is friend , Quiet and the quality is on the good side.
It is always a pleasure to shop here. Great products and produce.Very helpful people friendly staff with enhanced interpersonal skills. They also have a busy cafe with a good section of food and drinks and a specials board. The staff here are also great Ambassadors for this store.
Often pop in this cafe for coffee and a sandwich at lunchtime. Always good food and coffee although gets very busy. Often have a free drink on my sparks card. Staff always pleasent. The only fault for me is the fact that the cafe is close to the main door and often is very cold.
