incompetent staff and disha manager. steak was old and burned. I took a bite and couldn't chew the rest. they look at the image of burned meat that has fallen out. I asked for a refund, but they almost had a heart attack, as if they had never heard anything like that, because they are not satisfied with burned meat. Instead, they told me it was burned only by the edges. disha, some lie about the fact that they only have to contact the owner for a refund and do not know the return or customer satisfaction policy because they do not exist. according to my opinion, the “owner” would have to contact the branch manager if we had a moment.

The worst franchise of Mucho Burrito. Chicken burrito bowl hardly had any veggies and forget the proteins! The portion was less than half, imagine you are paying so much to get nothing.I did bring this is up to the lady in the counter and she says we need to ask for anything extra when choosing it. Really? I am not asking for more, I am just asking enough for what I have paid.Don’t they see it when preparing one? Is the standard size less than half a bowl? Pathetic!

My staff and I have been ordering from Mucho Burrito on Hespeler road for the past little while and I have to say they have never let us down for great burritos. They are always stacked full of yumminess and the site is really easy to use. My thanks for making my staff at Partsource very happy with the meals you provide.
