Used to be my goto favourite pizza place growing up in Florence. Unfortunately it would seem the quality of service has gone down hill. After recently visiting my mother and ording a large pizza and medium garlic fingers, which must have had some fancy imported ingredients because it cost me $37. To top it all off, they don't do debit, cash only, which maybe would have been good information to have when we were ordering.So, I was over charged, imho, I now need to drive to a bank machine, and my pizza is cold. This is just one of a number of incidents, which includes their delivery driver informing me he doesn't deliver Donair sauce or gravy because if it spills it'll ruin his car seats, stil...
terrible about price got a big pizza and a middle garlic finger and a little donair. I couldn't believe how much it cost and the fact that the girl on the phone gave us the wrong price over the phone, so when we arrived to get our order was the order more expensive, then we were told and instead of forgetting the few dollar and saying, pay it next time or just friendly and forget that we had to don to drive all the way back to the city was covered so that all the more dollar was for it. probably about a pfund sauce on it. someone should train the one who works there because the food that comes from this facility is not good enough for the dogs. if they are all about price and not able to kee...
My son and his friend ordered a donair sub and pizza sub this evening around 930. Waited.. Still no delivery. He called 4 times and went right to voice mail. It is now 12am and you are now closed and he never had his ordered delivered. Last time we ordered we had a call back 15 mins later to find out what exactly our order was and a time before that sent out a burnt pizza which we sent back to which the reply was.. Yeah we were debating sending that out. Three strikes and we'll now be taking our business of 11 years elsewhere.
The restaurant is unbelievably overpriced. I just paid $56 for a large pizza with 2 extra toppings and sauce, delivered 10 minutes away. Just 3 days ago, I paid $36 for the same order, which was still a bit much. When I asked why the price had changed, I was told it was because the cost of the ingredients had gone up. An increase of $20 doesn't make any sense. I will never order from there again. The pizza had extra toppings, but it tasted like a thin piece of cardboard. Very disappointing experience. Very overpriced pizza, extremely oily and there was barley any tomato sauce used. So oily you could see the reflection. The pizza wasn't cooked very well and I received it cold. The packaging is also not good, anyone can open it and spit on it for all I know. Also ordered sauce however I never received it. I dislike giving small business 1 stars however this was just a very bad experience.
unbelievably over price paid simply dollar for a large pizza with extra toppings and delivery ten minutes away when days before me paid what a bit much so I asked why the price change the ground was cuz the price of teig went up, what dollar is not made any sense will never order from fhere again need extra toppings or it is like a thin piece of karton with cheese and soße.
