I came in on a Wednesday during parents ' week, which was busier than a typical Wednesday, according to the staff. I got the salmon risotto, which I was hoping would be good, but I was blown away. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and the risotto was more impressive as it was cooked to the perfect al dente, with just a slight pop to the risotto. It was by far the best I 've ever had, by far. I had to give kudos to the kitchen staff because it was that good. They told me that they 've been working on it for quite a while and they were very pleased to hear that they nailed it. Always good food when we come visit my son at Dartmouth. Outdoor seating on a beautiful fall weekend. So many other people also brought their dogs with them. Had the sirloin burger. Similar to a smashburger burger, but less greasy. Place was busy, even at 2 o’clock. Reservations recommended. Wait staff was very friendly. Food ready quickly, less than 10 minutes wait time. It took a long time for us to even be acknowledged while waiting for a table. The mac and cheese was $24 and completely lacking in flavor, with a small portion size. Our drink glasses had lip smudges all over them, even though none of us were wearing any lip products. The service was rated a 2 out of 5. The overall meal type was lunch, with a price range of $20–30 per person. The food was rated a 1 out of 5, but the atmosphere received a 5 out of 5.

We’ve traveled across the US from Oregon to Maine to Charselton SC. Our server Zach was the best we’ve had, personable, entertaining, and provided great service. The service was very attentive at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit. I tried the Walnut Stuffed Acorn Squash and found it to be very tasty! The overall rating for the food was a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. The price per person for dinner was between $20-30.
