Great bar with fantastic food and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ve visited every year for the Super Bowl and usually enjoy ourselves. The women behind the bar and on the phone are always courteous and helpful. However, this visit was disappointing due to one bartender’s poor attitude. After paying, I realized my credit card was missing. One bartender kindly suggested checking my belongings and the floor, but we couldn’t find it. When I asked a male bartender (either Neil or Dave) for assistance, he was impatient and dismissive, telling me to “just write my last name” and then abruptly saying my card wasn’t there and I should cancel it. Eventually, another bartender found my card in the ice buck...

Murphy's Sports is a great sports bar located in Astoria, perfect for watching games like football, soccer, and baseball. I came here to catch the New York Mets game, and the bar was packed. I recommend arriving early if you want a table or bar seat during popular games. They offer a wide variety of draft beers, and the food menu is impressive. I tried the chicken wings with French fries, which were perfectly portioned and delicious. The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and attentive.
