Fantastic little restaurant. As a carnivore, when I first got there and saw the menu, I wasn't expecting to have as good of an experience as I did. The menu has a lot of veggie based options, and a few meat options. That said, everything that was ordered at my table was fantastic! The chef knows what she's doing back there, and got me to enjoy some vegan food, which I thought would be impossible. The bar manager is a genius mixologist. My family and I had a fantastic dinner at Muse last night! They were very accommodating to our three kids and even offered a special kids' menu. We kicked off our meal with a delicious flatbread appetizer that could easily have been a main course—its flavor combination was just spot on. We also enjoyed a cheese board featuring grilled bread from Sixteen Bricks. The salads were fresh and creative; mine included pickled strawberries, goat cheese, and walnuts. My wife and I went on our 1st date in over 4 months, after our daughter was born. It was a perfect date, except for the server dropping a glass of wine on the floor and having it splash up on my wife, and then getting yelled at like I was a child by the owner to not pick up the glass as I tried to move it away from my wife’s feet. There wasn’t much service recovery for that incident, nonetheless at least the proprietor was onsite managing her business. Everything was wonderful! Tried both sangrias. Really loved the peach one, but the red was good also. My husband loved his chai Manhattan and his burger. I had the strawberry salad and the sea bass. I had to take half of my entree as leftovers, and enjoyed splitting it with my husband the next day for lunch.
This is a really nice place in a great setting. It's open for brunch on Sundays only. The food is great and there are many no meat options. I had the frittata with veggies which was fresh and flavourful. The service was great. The staff was really friendly. I would definitely visit again.
The food was very unique and flavorful. My crab toast was a little light in crab meat department. Our friends meatloaf and shrimp n grits was great. My wife’s muse mule was awesome. Only down side was parking. Great night!!
I went for Greater Cincinnati Restaurant Week and ordered from the $36 three course menu. All three dishes were excellent, and the service was great. Definitely recommend, especially during Restaurant Week.
