I can't believe I've just discovered this hidden gem! The service is incredibly quick and friendly, and the food is absolutely top-notch. I used to be a loyal customer of Panera, but their bagels were often inconsistent—dry and airy most of the time. So, I googled the best bagels in Dayton, and my favorite muffin popped up. I decided to give it a try and was instantly impressed. It's now my favorite lunch spot, as their sandwiches are excellent! From now on, this will be my go-to place for bagels (and muffins)! By the way, they have a chocolate cheesecake muffin that is simply divine!!!!
The staff here is so kind welcoming, the cream cheese is amazing and the coffee is always good. I've been coming here for 3 years and unfortunately when the new owners took over, I've noticed the quality of bagels have gone downhill. Every single time I go, my bagels are burnt or overcooked. I keep going back trying to give them another chance because of how much I love this place the old owners but I think I'll have to take a break from them for awhile.
Thank you to Shelly, who very graciously donated mini muffins, to my classroom, for a “Muffins with Mom” breakfast I’m having tomorrow. I stopped in this evening to pick up my order, and all of the workers were very friendly and eager to answer questions. The food is just as good as their customer service, and I will definitely be returning!
This is my kids' and my favorite spot for muffins. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides exceptional service. We have really grown to love Susan, especially my son. I also can't find anywhere else that matches the quality of their coffee!
