Attention, this is not a restaurant but a stand inside the Giant (this is not clear: by looking for a Japanese restaurant in Carcassonne, this panel appears... . So it's to take! Sushi are really good, as well as algae salad. It is not given-donné, but it is the usual price for this quality. The person who holds this is super kind in addition to everything, which is more insignificant. If we didn't live here, we'd come back a lot!
Everything is fresh, homemade and it feels like that! Microwave available if something has to be heated, fast service and pleasant employees, I recommend!

"Had a salad for starter which was fantastic and well presented. Lamb shanks for mains, again brilliant and tender with plenty of meat on the bone. Would highly recommend."
