I visited My Tokyo on a Friday night with my husband and our toddler daughter, and we had a wonderful meal. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the sushi and poke bowl were incredibly fresh. We also enjoyed the Japanese fried chicken appetizer, which was tasty without being greasy. The highlight for us was the dessert: milk shaved ice inspired by a Japanese street food, topped with fresh mango and whipped coconut cream. It was delicious! We ordered one to share and couldn't get enough of it. We'll definitely be returning for more!
This restaurant is a must-visit whenever you're in the mood for delicious, homey sushi at a great price. From the little details to the BYOB option, the owner is always present, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Most importantly, the quality and freshness of the sushi compete with many overpriced omakase places in the city. I highly, highly recommend it! We will definitely be returning!
The sashimi was exquisite, and the service was satisfactory. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. For my dining experience, I had dinner, and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50. I would rate the food a solid 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend trying the Miso Soup, Salad, and Sashimi Sampler.
