i ordered online via just the restaurant website and got it for delivery. i ordered 3 kimbaps it was around 40 bucks. when i was ordering the food, it kept saying shipping on everything instead of delievery which felt weird but idk maybe its just the website. when i completed my order, i got a notification that they received it and thats all it said for about 20 minutes (nothing about delivery estimates or times). after a while i got another email saying my food was shipped which im assuming just means being delivered again. i still got no time estimate or anything like that, just that it was shipped and when it left. its now been over 2 hours overall and the restaurant itself its almost clo...
Authentic Korean food done well and not watered down. Friendly service and clean. A house that serves clean, well-cooked food. I like that it doesn't suit American tastes. Kimbap tastes just like a neighborhood snack bar. The kimchi pancake came out crispy and thick. The raw fish bibim naengmyeon is good because it doesn’t taste fishy and the seasoning isn’t too spicy. Much tastier than restaurants catering to American tastes in college towns. Recommended if you want to go to a place near UMD that serves decent Korean food. I brought my Korean parents here and they had a great time.
Went to this place for the first time yesterday and saw kimchi in the fridge. They said it's good so I bought it. Omg! They have the best kimchi I've ever eaten. Went back today to buy everything they had out at the time. The grandmother is just amazing. She has perfected it. If you don't go for anything else GET THE KIMCHI! I'm probably spelling it wrong but that's ok. It's the perfect balance of heat and spice. I stopped eating it years ago because most people just get it wrong, even in the grocery stores. All wrong. She's got it perfect!
Please avoid this restaurant at all costs! This was the most disappointing bibimbap I’ve ever eaten. It was supposed to come with beef, but came with only a few tiny crumbs of beef. Thus the bowl was only rice, oil and vegetables, so it had absolutely no flavor. It was quite an expensive bowl too. Please go to somewhere else, such as Da Rae Won next door! I’m not sure why this place has good reviews, please don’t make the same mistake that I did

Cute little place, especially on a summer day. I'd recommend it. Do expect noodles to be slippery if using chopsticks, though. I got the C4, the Be Beam Rice Guksu. Rice noodles with salad and spicy sweet sauce. Quite delicious, especially with kimchi and pickled radish. The latter were provided in abundance. Also, the owner loves dogs. Service: Dine in

Small and very authentic little restaurant with a sweet owner/chef. Every dish i've had here was delicious. I think she also makes the kimchi and pickle served with every meal. Prices are very reasonable, and food quality is the highest. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
