The restaurant is situated on the dual carriageway that links Saint Omer to Boulogne sur Mer 15 km from Saint Omer , turn off for the commercial centre at Lumbres and take the small road at the junction to the hotel. We ate at the restaurant in December so there weren’t many guests, For us the standard of cuisines offered is what you would find in any good brasserie in France, It was not what we were expecting for the type of venue as we thought it would be more like its sister hotel near Saint Omer chateau de Tilques .
