This was a great place to try out to eat besides the part that they close at 10pm and we visited their location at 9pm. That's when they start cleaning. The cleaning products that they were using didn't smell like they were diluted and were really strong. The area my boyfriend and I sat in was freshly mopped... Perfect. Inhaling cleaning products while I try to enjoy my sushi. Although the staff neglected to seat us in an area that was not yet mopped, the food was pretty good. I would rate the food a 4-star and the experience as a 3-star. The waiter didn't tend to us for water or check-in during our meal. This restaurant offers authentic Japanese and Asian cuisine in a chic bistro atmosphere right in Edina. The food is absolutely fantastic. While the service may feel a bit rushed, it seems the staff is simply trying their best to accommodate everyone despite being short-handed. You can choose to dine in the main area with attentive waitresses or sit at the sushi bar to watch your meal being freshly prepared. They also have a full bar and a great selection of beer and wine. Surprisingly, it doesn’t feel like you’re dining in a strip mall. Overall, it's an excellent option for both lunch and dinner.

Authentic Japanese and Asian fare served in a stylish bistro setting in Edina. The food is fabulous. The service is a bit frantic but I think the staff is just working hard to keep everyone happy with limited personally. You can sit restaurant style and be served by helpful waitresses or sit at the sushi bar watch your meal be prepared. Full bar and strong choice on beer and wine. It does not fell like you are eating in a strip mall. A solid choice for lunch or dinner.

The service was quick and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and was served hot. The portion sizes are quite generous, especially considering the prices. I came here after seeing such great pictures of their food. I ordered a tuna roll, salmon roll, and eel sashimi along with miso soup. My favorite part was the eel, it was well cooked and flavored. The rolls weren't rolled very well which was disappointing. I'll give Nakamori another go at it!

service was amazing! I have the Hibachi Riding and Bmw Roll! the food was so delicious and even better, they give you yam sauce with the rice! so good! the prices are also reasonable! will definitely come back!

The area is nice and close to other stores. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. The hibachi options were good. The sushi was also yummy. I would say some of the fish didn't look fresh but it tasted ok.

Sushi was some of the best we've had. A little slow but worth the wait.
