Got to finally try out the hottest restaurant in town! I waited 90 minutes in line and 30 more minutes for the food to be ready and it was worth every minute! It’s the first Nashville Hot Chicken place in NYC/NJ and it was insanely good. It’s 100% halal and absolutely amazing!Ambience: It’s pretty small with about 2-3 tables and the inside decor is minimalistic and has a clean/modern look. Currently they’re not accepting phone or online orders but you can dine-in or pickup. The breading on the chicken was quite tasty; however, the chicken itself was lacking in flavor. I ordered the chicken and waffle, and while the waffle had a pleasant crunch, I was surprised to find out that there was an extra charge for syrup, especially since the dish already came with a full waffle. The amount of syrup provided was quite small (as shown in the photo), and it wasn't mentioned when I ordered that there would be an additional fee for it. I find it absurd for a restaurant that specializes in waffles to charge for syrup. The Clucking Waffle Sandwich was decent overall, but once again, the waffle was overcooked. I absolutely adore the waffle sandwich here! I've suggested it to my family, and no one has ever been disappointed—not even a little! Their reactions while enjoying the sandwich were priceless. I've tried it several times myself, and each experience has been delightful. Almost all of the dishes are incredibly tasty; I particularly love the spices and chutneys. The atmosphere is lively and can get quite busy, so finding a seat might be a bit tricky. However, parking is usually easy to find. The service is excellent, and the establishment is really well-organized for takeout. You can schedule your pickup and enjoy some delicious crispy chicken.
Namkeen is one of those places that deserves a line out the door. From the standard everyday menu items to the monthly specials, everything is exceptional for fast/casual dining. The dhamaka fries are a personal favorite and serve as a full meal in themself. If you like some spice, the Nashville chicken and spicy maple wings are a great obvious choice. They also had a special spicy chicken Cesar sandwich that I wish they would put on the everyday menu. It was that good. I docked them one star cuz the interior could be a little more inviting (this is if you're dining in of course) otherwise I'd reccomend this place to anyone!

The restaurant had a limited number of tables, so we decided to eat in the nearby park. As a fan of hot chicken sandwiches, I can say this one is definitely among my favorites! Namkeen offers the crispiest chicken I’ve ever tasted. The medium spice level was just right, and the overall flavor was outstanding. The sandwich was perfectly sized, and the meal was nicely balanced with fries and a drink. In conclusion, it’s an amazing halal hot chicken spot! I would rate it a 10/10 and would definitely go back.
This is hands down the best chicken place in New Jersey! The Cluck'n Chicken Waffle sandwich is amazing. On my first visit, I ordered it mild just to give it a try, and it was fantastic. The second time, I went with the hot option, and wow, they really bring the heat! Now, I only get it hot. They’ve also recently added burgers, and those are great as well. They never let me down!
We absolutely love this restaurant! If it were a bit larger, we would prefer to dine in rather than get takeout, but the chicken is so delicious that we don’t mind. Our favorites are the Nashville hot sandwiches and the spicy maple wings. The 17-minute drive is always worth it, and we've never been let down.
Casual chicken spot. Very popular spot that provides quality hot quick meals. My young adult sons love the chicken sandwiches more than many competitor’s chicken sandwiches. Not a whole lot of seating, but most people order pick up, DoorDash or Uber Eats. The staff seems nice and professional.

The chicken sandwich was good, and I appreciated the seasoning they used; it added a pleasant flavor. However, the Chick-fil-A sandwich will always be the best.
