Good find, but not the typical Greek restaurant. I can’t tell if it’s an Armenian take on Greek cuisine, or they just got creative, but everything I tried was very interesting and unusual. Don’t be fooled by the traditional looking menu the Greek salad will come with some grilled/marinated veggies and the dolmades are cooked and served warm with a thick tzatziki. I loved the salad, but I didn’t like the grape leaves so all I can say is that the food is hit or miss. Service was a little slow, but the prices are totally reasonable.
I ordered the Lamb Kabob plate with vegetables and rice, and my partner had the gyro. Both were absolutely perfect—full of flavor and just the right portion size. I also tried the Greek coffee before the meal, which was incredibly rich and delicious. Our server was fantastic. I highly recommend supporting this family-owned spot!
This was a solid meal We got moussaka which was a unique take and tasty. The pork souvlaki with potatoes and mixed veggies was very nice. And our friends both got chicken souvlaki wraps which they enjoyed immensely. The eggplant appetizer was excellent and very strong in garlic, so make sure to brush your teeth after
Actually visited their bakery, Pastries by Nancy. Tried their cupcakes for my group. All enjoyed. Went back for fresh scones blueberries and cranberries. All fresh ingredients. Ordered 3 dozen. Yummy. Can't wait to try their other pastries. One of our Altadena treasures.

We stumbled upon Nancy's Greek Cafe on a relaxed Sunday and highly recommend it to everyone. The menu offers delicious, homemade-style dishes that truly satisfy. Be sure to visit—you won’t be disappointed!
Visit this restaurant. Beautiful decor, excellent menu, and our food was excellent. My only complaint was that the service was somewhat slow due to many takeover orders. Will be back.
Food was great, and the service was remarkable. Had a great time there, don’t hesitate if you want real food made with fresh ingredients.
The roasted vegetables are the best. Friendly staff and very accommodating.
