I visited this restaurant multiple times, hoping for a better experience, but it never happened. I just can't comprehend how anyone could rate it as good or excellent. The wait times are lengthy without any apology from the staff, and there seems to be a lack of effort to make customers feel welcome. Waiters walk by without even acknowledging you. The food is quite basic—mostly processed and lacking in charm. Even requests for standard items like extra butter or a simple addition like a pickle are often refused or come with an extra charge. It’s unfortunate because the location is fantastic, and a truly excellent restaurant would thrive there.
The health department needs to shut it down!! Reason being, 1 they have racist bad attitude, 2 the food is unhealthy and when you tell them you don't want bacon or sausage they give you tainted food in exchange, 3 poor professionalism laziness and don't k ow how to prepare healthy meal. They need to be inspected and shut down IMMEDIATELY!!! A NEW RESTURANT SHOULD REPLACE THIS ONE THAT SERVES AND CARES FOR ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME THESE ARE CLOSED MINDED PIGS.
I ordered the Veggie Sub with fries, and it was excellent! The fries were also really tasty. The restaurant is located at Leisure World, right next to Subway. Parking can be challenging at peak times, especially during lunch, but the place is accessible for both walkers and wheelchair users. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We ordered two DD?s mixed omelets with Swiss cheese topped with avocado and side of home fries. He had mostly grape jelly on his toast while I had mixed fruit, strawberry, grape and butter on mine. The food, service, and prices at this restaurant are all excellent. The menu offers a nice selection, and they also feature daily specials. The portion sizes are reasonable, although the side salads served at dinner are quite small. They close at 7 PM, and I would have given a 5-star rating if they stayed open until 8 PM.
I've been a regular at Nancy's Kitchen for several years. Their breakfast menu is outstanding, particularly the eggs, scrapple or sausage, and home fries. The staff is friendly and very focused on customer service. I highly recommend Nancy's Kitchen to anyone in search of a fantastic breakfast or lunch.
Senior Citizens love this place. Very lively senior presence. Food is ok. First time here but probably won’t be coming back any time soon. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Eggs were undercooked and the bacon was dry. Pancakes were forgettable with the lowest grade pancake/ corn syrup possible. OK in a pinch.
