We came here for dinner for a change. I had vegetarian rice and homous and my friends had chicken meals. The restaurant itself was cold because the heating wasn't working. The cutlery was dirty. 3 of us had to take out knife and fork back to the staff to get clean ones. The worst thing of all was within 2 hours of eating the rice and homous i became ill with stomach cramps and the rest. This continued until the next evening. I'm not positive this illness came from nandos but i am never going back to this restaurant.
Not a huge wait, considering it was Mother 's Day and we hadn 't booked but was given the table right by the door. This meant every time the door opened, you got blown away. The food was quickly prepared and was tasty, 5 empty plates (the halloumi and mushroom 'burgers ' are always a favourite) Good, attentive service. Would avoid sitting at that table again as I didn 't even remove my coat, it was so nippy. Other than that, was pleasant.
We decided to have a take away. You could choose anything off the normal menu, with extras like peri peri sauce. It was served in two boxes, we got back to our hotel and was surprised how hot our meal was. The chicken was cooked to perfection, there was loads of food served with chips and peri peri sauce. We recommend this as both a restaurant and a great take away service.
I ordered a butterfly breast in which it was completely burnt. when i asked the supervisor alexandra to replace the burnt food i was told no as it was not burt and that it was supposed to be like that. the atmosphere is awful due to load music and the staff running wild. it felt like i was eating in a playground, rather than a restaurant

‘Exactly as it says on my the box’ never disappoints! Nando’s is reliable and pleasing as you know you will get a tasty meal at a reasonable price. Not fine dining but well cooked and consistently good. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food.
We didn't find that it was any different to the other chains nothing stood out and nothing stood out as exceptional or different it was a quick food eat and it didn't disappoint for that.
I had not tried the Thanet Nandos and so thought it was time to give it a go. Chicken was as good as ever and the new range of sides was a vast improvement (no more soggy chips!
Good food and good service every time I've been here it's always been spot on. Even when the place is packed we always get our food really quick.
