Nando's - Reserva de mesa

Food was lovely, staff were very good, helped us with a small technical glitch (that was neither ours or the waiters fault) that resulted in us getting the wrong food. A lady was extremely helpful in resolving the issue and was an absolute legend! Definitely...recommend to anyone looking for a snacc in Chelmsford.

Only been using Nando’s a couple of years as I didn’t initially like the idea of queuing to place an order. But now that I know what they offer and how to order I like the food. And on this last occasion we tried the...Chelmsford Nando’s one Saturday lunchtime and it was good with a friendly waitress.

Staff don't know what there doing. Spend most of the time chatting and standing around. Completely ignored when having a meal here. Collection is only way of getting decent service then the food is still stone cold and missing items

Now table service. Order and pay in an app which was easy and ok. Table service was slow and bottomless drinks are difficult with inattentive staff. Food was good though and were not hurried out. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered a collection for my sons Birthday but unfortunately when we arrived home we had missing items and it was cold. Customer service said we were missing items due to covid !!

Staff and food were brilliant, although we waited a while for a table we was serviced with a smile and felt comfortable with the covid regulations that was in place.

Great Tasting fast food and a good variety of food to suit different taste buds.. Flavoursome and seasoned well, especially the chicken. Reserva una mesa ahora

Awful service, food cold, had to wait ages for food (we nearly missed our film) , do not waste ur money!
