Visited the Gloucester Quays Nandos. 2 Adults 2 Children at early lunch time. Table was not cleaned so asked for it to be cleaned and properly cleared. One person seating customers and numerous others chatting at the till. Eaten at Nandos around the country with our children as one has an allergy so always a safe bet. Children prefer a wrap rather than a burger bun so asked to swap the bun for a wrap, a request which has been accepted over 50 times in multiple restaurants including this one twice before. Couldn’t get a table at first even though a lot of tables were empty but just not cleared and staff were stood around talking. Decided to order takeaway to take it home, ordered it for 8:20pm. It wasn’t ready for collection until 9pm!! Everything in the order was fine, temperature was fine u til I got to my Sunset Burger. It was quite messy like burgers usually are so I put it on a plate to eat, took the burger apart to put it together neater and found a LONG DARK HAIR. I have ordered from Nando's website at Gloucester Quays three times now, and each time my order (delivered by Deliveroo) has been incomplete. When I contacted the store, they acknowledged that it was Nando's mistake for not double-checking the order, but they insisted that I contact Deliveroo for a refund and place a new order. Despite already having received some food for my family, I was told to handle the issue myself. When I spoke to the manager about this frustrating experience, he was uninterested and refused to help, accusing me of being unkind. Waited outside for 20minutes which was not ideal, but bearable. After ordering our food, it took 35/40minutes and my rice was freezing cold and the chicken thighs were burnt but cold?! The only good part of the meal was the coleslaw which I’m fairly certain just comes out of a tub…honestly the most awful and disappointing Nando’s I have ever had. Definitely has gone down hill.

Fantastic evening at Nando’s for a leaving do. Food was delicious and despite us being a big group arrived quickly. At the end we were each brought individual receipts and nothing was too much trouble. Our server Chellis made the evening especially wonderful and was so friendly, patient and inclusive of our team with autism and learning disabilities. Highly recommend
Great night at Nando’s for a member of staff leaving do that I work with didn’t expect them to come to the table and take our order And give you separate receipt our waitress chellis and they were specially kind to me when I should’ve had a green reward on my Nando’s card which meant I get a free starter didn’t come off so they gave it to me on them
First ever time dining at Nando’s and I was really really impressed. Staff were lovely and friendly, the restaurant has a great vibe. Since it was my first time the manager JJ explained all about the different sauces which was really good especially as it was really busy. Food was delicious and fresh so what a great place to go. On our first visit to Nando's, we received excellent service with the menu thoroughly explained to us. The food was top quality and arrived exactly as we had requested. The portions were generous and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. It is definitely worth a visit.

The experience was flawless. The food was delicious and served hot, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was outstanding. Although I didn't catch his name, the young waiter with brown wavy hair was exceptional.
It was our first time in Nando’s and I can definitely say that it’s our favourite restaurant now! Unfortunately I could get the name of the people who served us but they were all amazing!
