Very disappointed with this Nando 's bad enough I wasn 't told at time of ordering that 1 of the ingredients in a 2 ingredient salad wasn 't available (leafy green salad with peri peri seeds), but when it arrived I queried the missing seeds was told they are just something we put on for crunch as though they were something extra and I shouldn 't be bothered they are missing. Instead of an apology I was told they 've been out of them for a while now. Oh, well that 's OK then!! In the absence of any humility I asked for a refund got one without any sense they 'd got it wrong. Also the first time ever that no one came to our table after our meal began to ask if everything is OK. Not up to usual...
aside from being cheeky, this place is great. Never had peri-peri before i came to the UK but definitely a huge fan of the juicy and well flavoured chicken. Service is lovely and would love to bring my mum or dad next time. the only thing that needs work is the garlic bread which was a bit hard and not fresh. 10/10.
