I have been there several times already they have 2 separate outlets in the mall, something I found out much later! I have had take away most of the time as it is almost always busy. Nando's taste is great, but I did find the chicken quite small... for the same amount of money, you can get a much bigger chicken right next door at Comptoir Libanais! Nevertheless, it is worth the wait sometimes as it tastes so good! Also, you can get rewards and NHS discounts. We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. Despite a long line of people waiting, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They were extremely friendly and didn't panic about the number of customers waiting. They made sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of.

Great food, as Nandos usually is! However, keep your eyes peeled for the staff meetings by the entrance, including the manager telling staff off then members of staff all loitering and moaning to each other! Not a pleasant experience!!!
